How to apply GDPR and privacy principles to internet-based projects? What are the specific issues for NGI projects? Which tools and practices should be used to be compliant with this regulation?

This webinar has been designed to give you practical hints for the implementation of the GDPR rules in the framework of internet-based projects, highlight the key/most frequent issues faced and provide guidance on how to solve them to ensure a smooth implementation of the GDPR principles.

Among others, we will discuss:

  • the main obligations of the data controller and data processor,
  • data management plan as a driving tool,
  • cookies, privacy policy and other sweeties.

 

Isabelle Daguerre is a legal expert with proven experience in the development of legal strategy on matters related to intellectual property and privacy regulation for public entities, entrepreneurs and SMEs. She provides relevant and useful legal information adapted to the context of cooperation and entrepreneurship. Isabelle Daguerre is currently working as an IP expert at the Institut de la Propriété Intellectuelle Luxembourg (IPIL).
