Mr. Robert Miskuf is the Founder and CEO of PEDAL Consulting and Tenderio. Since 2009, he has been collaborating closely with one of the leading EU affairs consultancy firms based in Brussels through which he acquired core skills in research and analysis as well as project and association management. Prior to that, he worked at the secretariat of the European Parliament in Brussels, where he undertook research on European and National legislations. Thanks to his intensive involvement in a number of different NGO’s, he successfully managed various EU regional and community projects. Holder of a Merit degree in European Studies and International Relations from the University of Westminster in London, Robert is fluent in English, Italian, Slovak and Czech. Among others, Robert has implemented over 30 FP7/H2020 projects and coordinated several international tenders as well as the Task Force, supported by EASME, aiming at “Improving access of SMEs to public procurement” composed of IPPON, TENDERIO, SESAM and PPACT projects. Robert is a coordinator of the PRONTO “Piloting Public Procurement of Innovation” project. Frequent speaker at high level events on public procurement organised by the European Commission or under the EU presidencies.

 


Lucia Hegedusova has successful work track record in industrial and academic environments focused on materials engineering in national and international work teams. Since 2015, she has been involved in all stages of project management cycle, coordination of scientific evaluation processes in the domain of Physical Sciences and Engineering, as well as timely project follow-up monitoring activities. She has been involved in data management, data preparation and data quality issues. She has contributed to drafting of analytical reports at the ERCEA and REA, research funding agencies of the European Commission. She has a very good understanding of the EU research and innovation framework and procedures. She provides guidance, reviewing and editing of research proposals.

 

 

 

 

Kirsten Virks is active in the Startup Team in Civitta Estonia. Besides managing the NGI TETRA project, she and the team in Civitta are organising the pieces of training on Investment Readiness for the NGI beneficiaries. These trainings include fundraising trainings for earlier stage companies and follow-up investment and public funding opportunities for the teams who are planning to raise a follow-up investment or apply for grants.
She also the coordinator of Estonia’s biggest business idea competition/accelerator "Ajujaht" (Brain Hunt). Ajujaht has boosted the success of several internationally well-known and successful startups such as Bolt (formerly known as Taxify), Click & Grow, SprayPrinter and many others. Besides all that, Kirsten has been involved in other startup ecosystem development projects and written successful funding applications for startups in Estonia and beyond. In addition to working with startups, she also has an extensive experience in social media management. She has been active as a social media team leader for Estonia's biggest democracy festival Opinion Festival and worked as a social media editor for Estonia's biggest media group.
